Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations.
Refunds
Refunds are given if the order arrives damaged, rendering the item unusable. Photo proof is needed for a refund. In this instance, a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping fees, will be given.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure they are ordering the correct size of sign for their project. Refunds are not given for wrong sizes ordered.
Item Colors
We do our very best to print items that are true to the colors you see on your screen. However, colors can vary slightly on screen depending upon your tablet, phone, or computer.
Return address
Please do not send items to the return address on your package label. Being in the public eye, I do not wish my physical address to be given out. I have permission to use the stated return address on the labels, but I do not receive mail there.
Photos and Artwork
All photos and artwork within this site belong to our parent company: This Southern Girl Can, LLC. They may not be used in any manner by anyone other than employees of This Southern Girl Can, LLC. You may sell finished items made with the signs you have purchased.
